Australian fashion retailer Forever New has unveiled the first-look at its dedicated curve range, Forever New Curve, which is set to launch in late August.

Having previously seen positive results with extending the main Forever New line to size 18, the business has launched the collection which embodies the Forever New aesthetic but focuses on fit and style requirements for women sized 16-22.

Alongside the launch, the business will also open a standalone Forever New Curve flagship store at Highpoint Shopping Centre in September.

Forever New MD Carolyn Mackenzie said that launching the Forever New Curve range comes after the business conducted extensive customer research.

"We saw success when we extended our main range to include size 18 and received many requests to continue offering a broader size curve.

"After conducting extensive customer research, we discovered many women were disappointed with the lack of choice in the market and struggled to find clothing that made them feel confident.

"Part of our brand purpose is to empower women, and it was essential for us to expand our collection further to ensure we offer feminine and flattering styles for everyone," she said.

The Forever New Curve collection will launch with 62 styles, with 40 additional styles dropping bi-monthly.

The Curve range sits alongside the Forever New Petite collection as well as the existing line, allowing Forever New to cater to a broad range of body types.

The collection will launch on August 27 and will be available on the Forever New and Myer websites, in select Forever New and Myer stores and on The Iconic and will retail for between $49.99 and $199.99.
