Fashion Exposed founder Marie Kinsella is set to diversify the way buyers and brands do business.
Kinsella’s International Exhibition and Conference Group has launched a virtual marketplace to stimulate B2B fashion wholesale.
Launching on February 14, Fashion365 will debut as a three-day key activity period with buyers able to visit virtual showrooms.
The online event will stay open for an additional eight weeks after this period for follow-ups and revisits.
"Due to COVID 19, no face-to-face trade fairs, including Fashion Exposed can be held this season, where retailers traditionally do their seasonal buying and update their stock for their bricks and mortar and online stores. We have had to approach things differently this year," Kinsella said.
"Fashion365 has been created as an E-channel to create B2B relationships, between our wholesalers and designers and retailers, so they can still connect and continue to not only survive, but thrive, in these difficult times."
Participating brands can design their own showrooms, with open or exclusive access only.
Meanwhile, buyers can view collections and virtually meet to discuss buying and placing orders.
Over 50 brands have registered to showcase their wares including Joseph Ribkoff, Humidity Lifestyle, Berlin, Atelier-5, Quote the label, Corfu, E.S Luxe, E.S Made in Italy, Mozaic, Coconinya, Menorca Sandals, Outback Supply, Bamboo Body, Sissy Bags, Linens Unlimited, See Saw, Zephyr, Native World, Bianco, LTB Jeans and Laster.
Included in the online event is Learn365, a speaker program available to delegates free of charge.
