Emporium Melbourne is preparing to open three new fashion retailers, including Melbourne-based travel brand Pera Luggage, Hong Kong jeweller Lukfook, and a revamped Victoria’s Secret.
The new Victoria’s Secret store showcases a more open plan, brighter lighting, updated fitting rooms, and a beauty bar. It follows a previous Victoria’s Secret beauty shop at the Emporium Melbourne, and joins a global mix of around 1,350 stores.
Emporium Melbourne’s new fashion retailers follow a selection of new stores launched since July this year, including premium menswear brands 105 Shades of Black, Altea and Barruti, alongside NBA, Lids and Platypus Shoes.
Recent fashion entrants include a Scanlan Theodore flagship, as well as luxury retailer Emily & Steve and French jeweller Les Nereides.
The Scanlan Theodore store is a refurbishment that has doubled from its original size. It features reconfigured exteriors with three zinc-trimmed windows, backed by aluminum metal louvres, tubular LED signage and large entrance doors.
“In the lead up to the festive season we’re feeling a refreshed sense of retail confidence, particularly back in Melbourne’s CBD as a result of this impressive list of global and established food and fashion retailers opening new and larger spaces within Emporium,” Emporium Melbourne retail marketing manager Renee Blome said.
