Decjuba continues its search for Christmas casuals after attaining 240 new recruits on their Retail Recruitment Day.
The company set a target of hiring 1,000 new team members in a single day, which was held on Saturday 27 August between 10AM – 4PM.
From next week, Decjuba will continue its recruitment campaign, where applicants can stop by any of its stores between 9AM - 12PM Thursday - Saturday for a short three-minute interview. Applicants do not require a resume for this.
Applicants who can't attend a store are also encouraged to apply online.
Speaking on the recruitment day, CEO and owner Tania Austin said it gave the company a head start for the upcoming Christmas period.
"It was amazing to see hundreds of people across Australia and New Zealand express their interest in joining our team."
