Australian designer Camilla Franks has shared unseen imagery of her collaboration with international singer Robbie Williams.

The collaboration will continue for the entirety of Robbie Williams’ ‘XXV Tour’, with tour dancers wearing the designer's range.

Franks recently attended the Dublin stop of Robbie’s global tour, meeting with the singer backstage to celebrate the collaboration.

"Think of these prints as a world where all the memories meet the art," she said. "Tattoos, music, colours and symbols, woven together to tell Robbie’s story. His history."

According to the designer, the collaboration took 18 months to complete.

"Late nights in the studio, phone calls from across the ocean, whether between Australia and the UK, Australia and America, Australia and Switzerland," Franks continued.

"Robbie and I delved deep into his treasure box of memories and we've splashed these onto silken canvas, bringing to life his story. We started these prints with a stage set and ran wild from there. With gilded gold, red roses, tartans and disco balls - these prints are born to entertain. Each print tells the tale of Robbie from birth to present day."

Prints that fans will see on stage include Dance with Duende, Script Scribble, ALways Change Your Spots, Do I ENtertain You, Luxe Espiritu, Night Owl and Octopia.

Franks said the range began as a mens capsule, which evolved through the process to include women.

"I've always designed for those who challenged the global idea of fashion by taking the road less travelled," she said. Like all my collections, the piece finds it’s destined owner regardless of gender so there’s something for everyone."

Speaking on the collaboration, Williams said the pair met in Ibiza, noting that they share the same creative energy.

"I called her up one day and said ‘Mills, let's create something together!’ and I guess it was from there that the project began," Williams said.

"We spent hours and hours on the phone together brainstorming and sharing stories evolving how this could look across the ocean.

"She was meticulous about honouring my story through her designs. At first I wanted to talk all things UFO’s but she lovingly brought me back to my life and the story it told."

Robbie has broken the Official Chart records as 'XXV' tops the Official Albums Chart, becoming Robbie’s 14th Number 1 solo album.

The ‘XXV Tour’ will be heading to the UK and Ireland, starting with London on the October 9, where it will then head across Europe for 30 more shows.

In 2023, the XXV tour will come to Australia and New Zealand, starting in New Zealand on November 11 before touring Australia.
