Bras N Things has gone back into the hands of its original owner.
BB Retail Capital (BBRC) has purchased the remaining 50 per cent shareholding in the intimate apparel retailer.
BBRC founder Brett Blundy launched Bras N Things 30 years ago and sold half of the company to a private equity consortium in 2008.
The sale was necessary to finance growth for other retail and homemaker brands under the BBRC umbrella.
BBRC has now acquired the remaining Bras N Things shares from co-investors ANZ and IMF Investors.
BBRC has 1100 retail stores under the Diva, Lovisa, Honey Birdette, Adairs and Home Republic brands as property and rural enterprise divisions.
Bras N Things operates 200 stores across Australia and New Zealand.
