Asos Australia offers free returns
Australian customers will now be able to return Asos products free of charge.
In addition, there will be no threshold limit imposed on this service.
This service launched on Monday via both Australia Post and Parcel Point.
Asos Australia first confirmed it was working on a returns proposition at Ragtrader Live in 2015.
Former country manager Jo Shapland said the etailer was working on financial modelling for the proposition.
This is the latest localised strategy from the etailer, which is arming up for expansion.
Carly Cazzolli, head of Australia and New Zealand, said this is a big first for the brand in Australia.
"Ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience is a priority for us, and feedback from our customers was that Free Returns gives them more choice and is simply more convenient."
