Adidas Australia has called on 34 Melbourne creators to help it relaunch its Forum sneaker across the country.

The business called upon the emerging Gen Z voices to collaborate and create thought-provoking and innovative social content, inspired by the sneaker.

Using the themes of 'Identity & Community', 'Sustainability', 'Culture', 'Creativity', 'Empathy & Equality', the creatives – supported by industry mentors – created social content including editorial photo shoots to digital art, makeup and video podcasts for the sneaker.

"Creators included designer Phoebe Pendergast-Jones from Phoebe's Angels, multi-disciplinary style expert Jassy Fizzle and photographer Wilhelm Phillip and many more," a spokesperson from Electric Collective said.

"Beza Mickan-White, one of the creators designated to support the exclusive Foot Locker colourway of the Forum explored her family's history with basketball and it's place in modern street style through her content piece 'The Long-Standing Forum Love Affair'.

"Meanwhile, photographer and producer Sarah Lay produced Open Up (pictured below) in collaboration with writer Ben Ilobuchi to create a visual and written concept exploring 'tautology of women and men in love and through love,'" the business said.
